BRANDON COOK
BRANDON COOK
Born in Atlanta, Georgia. Based in New York.
At first, Brandon's dream (like his best friend) was to be an engineer at his home-state-school of Georgia Tech. When he realized there were infinite types of engineers, he shifted his focus to something a bit more fitting; basketball.
Except with his stature (an exceptional 5’10) this dream died sooner than he would’ve liked. After forgetting his sneakers at home on the day of tryouts, he shifted his focus one last time- theater.
Inspired by his sister, he took on the role of a lifetime- Frat Boy (and Callahan) in Legally Blonde. 9 years later and one long trip to Ohio, he has found his home in New York City.
He was part of the BFA Acting Class of 2025 at The University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), and took the stage in shows such as The Winter's Tale, Let The Right One In, Frankenstein, and the collegiate premiere of The Burials.
He was also a frequent collaborator of their Digital Media program, where he took part in projects like Feems' poison music video, which won a NATAS Ohio Valley Student Emmy (Music Video).
Since graduating, Brandon has been quick to start carving his own path, starring as Eli in the world premiere of Chris Ikner’s play Someone Else.
When he is not performing, he enjoys running (he just completed his first half marathon!), writing, learning guitar, hanging with friends, and annoying his mom and sister on the phone. He's also a huge foodie!
